the location was perfect for exploring the Kuta area and it was conveniently close to the central area. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist whenever needed. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities, including a fridge and facilities, and I loved having a balcony to enjoy the view. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to have breakfast included, which was a great way to start my day.
My stay at this hotel was great and I have no complaints.

it took 15 mins walk to discovery shopping mall. the accommodation has met the criteria. you can use free wifi throughout the property.

Try Warung Malang, which is right by the apartment and you will certainly enjoy their food. Close to kuta beach which is super comfy for us. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to chill near pool.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the night staff who went above and beyond to assist us when our air conditioning wasn't working. The location of the hotel was convenient, being near the center of town and just a 10-minute drive to Kuta beach. It was perfect for shopping or heading to the beach. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the swimming pool, although on the smaller side, was still enjoyable for a quick dip. The breakfast provided was satisfying and filled me up with a variety of options like fried noodles, fried eggs, and oatmeal.
No towels were provided in the room and we were not informed about it.

The hotel offered a variety of facilities such as a pool and breakfast, which were included in the price. the location was great, near the main street and clubs.
The language barrier with some staff members made it difficult to communicate effectively. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel in Kuta. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my experience even better. Secondly, the location was perfect for exploring the nightlife in the center of Kuta. I was just a short walk away from the bustling cafes and bars. Lastly, the room was equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, including a comfortable queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. It offered excellent value for money, especially with breakfast included.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything negative to mention.
